Many renovation projects require building permits and inspections under Connecticut state and local regulations. Riverbend Renovations will advise clients on applicable permit requirements for their specific project. 4. Workmanship

Riverbend Renovations LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We warrant that all labor and installation performed by Riverbend Renovations will be free from material defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion, unless a different warranty period is specified in the project contract.

This workmanship warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Defects in materials covered under a manufacturer's warranty (which will be passed through to the client where applicable).
